Privacy Policy

Reallo Limited ("Reallo", "we", "us") is a New Zealand company building a personal finance app. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at reallo.co.nz, how we use it, and your rights. It covers the marketing and waitlist site only. When the Reallo app launches, a separate, fuller privacy policy will cover the app and your connected financial data.

What we collect

When you join our waitlist, subscribe to updates, or contact us through this site, we collect your email address; the option you optionally select describing your situation; and anything you write in a message to us.

We also automatically collect basic analytics: standard technical information your browser sends (device type, browser, pages visited), and how you arrived at the site, including referral and campaign information from links you click.

We do not collect financial information, bank details, or account data through this website. The Reallo app will connect to your bank when it launches, and that is governed separately.

How we use it

To let you know when Reallo launches and send updates you've signed up for; to respond to your messages; and to understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run the site. Formspree (United States) processes our waitlist, newsletter, and contact form submissions. PostHog provides our product analytics, hosted in the European Union. Google Tag Manager loads our analytics tags. Vercel hosts the website. Because these providers operate overseas, your information may be stored and processed outside New Zealand, including in the United States and the European Union, and may be subject to the laws of those countries.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist email until Reallo launches and you've had the chance to become a customer or unsubscribe, or until you ask us to remove it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard retention periods.

Your rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email developer@reallo.co.nz. We handle these requests manually and aim to respond within 20 working days.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager and PostHog to understand site usage and measure where visitors come from. You can control cookies through your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for more.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product develops. We'll change the "last updated" date when we do. A separate, more detailed policy will apply to the Reallo app and your financial data when it launches.
